The first Chinese convoy comprising forty vehicles has arrived in Zhob on its way to Gwadar.
Tight security measures have been taken for the convoy. Police have also made arrangements for smooth and uninterrupted journey of the convoy. The convoy will leave for Quetta in the morning.
Meanwhile, the spokesman of ministry of planning has said work on the western corridor of China-Pakistan Economic Corridor is progressing in full swing and reaffirmed that the route would be completed by 2018.
