Bangladesh police say they detained five militants in connection to Jama’atul-Mujahideen, linked to last month’s attacks. On July 1st, at least five Bangladeshi men had stormed the holey artisan bakery, a cafe popular with Foreigners, businessmen and diplomats and killed 20 customers, including Italians, Japanese, Indians and Americans. Similarly, on July 7, militants attacked Bangladeshi police guarding Eid Festival, killing three people and wounding 14, days after Islamic state claimed a major attack in the capital and warned of more violence
