Tokyo Stocks Up By Break On FBI Clinton Announcement

Tokyo stocks rose today morning after the FBI said market-favourite Hillary Clinton would not face criminal charges over her use of a private email server, easing worries over her us presidential bid.

Tokyo’s benchmark Nikkei 225 index gained 1.36 percent to 17,135.4 points by the break while the broader TOPIX index was up 1.09 percent at 1,361.68 points.
